Experimental sample / boundaries

Useful to explore.
Clear about what it is.

SB Workbench is a separately written public illustration of custom multi-location business tooling. It is not a live tenant, vendor connector or released commercial application.

What works locally

Input-dependent employee and access proposals, fictional seat-capacity checks, group differences, optional changes to in-memory sample records, location search and reviewed CSV updates, strict request parsing, sample form filling with readback, evidence classification, reports and configurable sample rules.

What is not connected

No Microsoft sign-in, Graph or Exchange writes, live ticket queue, HR system, payroll, point of sale, schedule, password management or installed browser extension. No API credentials or private operational engine are shipped.

What gets saved

Sample state lives in memory until refresh or Reset sample. Save buttons create files on your computer; they do not upload records or email anyone. The sample has no tracking or analytics requests. Hosting infrastructure may separately log ordinary page requests.

Examples, not promises about a vendor.

City names provide context; locations, staff, contacts, role rules, license counts and output logs are fictional. License labels illustrate different allocations; they are not purchasing advice or entitlement validation. A real implementation requires agreed access, confirmed integration methods and environment-specific validation.

This is an illustrative sample. Public browser code can be inspected; no production credentials, real customer records or live connectors are included.
